I remember the day I was listening to my cousin who is a photographer and I was watching his pictures, it was amazing, how he can take beautiful pictures from his family and around, I asked him what was his secret.
They are easy tips, but extremely accurate. Well, I think this is the opportunity to pass these digital potography tips to you, who loves to take pictures from your family and around you or in your trips to somewhere, like me, am I right?; I have more than a thousand (1000) pictures of my baby and he’s only 18 months... yeah it’s a lot... or not?.. well, here we go; enjoy it and please follow word by word for better results.

Digital photography tips: Black and White

You can easily convert color photos to black and white by using your favorite image-editing, in this case I used Iphoto from my imac, but you can use any program like Digital image or any from your PC. With some digital camera you can even turn you photos in black & white before downloading the image to your computer (it’s a time saving).
Most renamed photographers suggest reserve this technique for landscapes or buildings. because photos of family members in black and white may not be as warm as you want them to be.
Digital photography tips: Dramatic effect
you’ll see we have two pictures below, the two of them are took from the same spot but in different angle, here I would like to demonstrate you that moving your camera up and down or side to side you can find a better position to take a neat the picture. For example I was very interesting in the grass at the moment, and l tried to fill the picture with it, not what was in front of us... do it like this and you’ll get better results.
Digital photography tips: Get up close
Most people see a something beautiful a just take it the picture of the thing and the hole scene. Please don’t be one of them please!!!. I would like to show you one technique the might impress you for a lot of reasons, but specially because you will say at the end “wow!!” zoom in on the details, you can do this with macro button, this special function on your camera allow you to take picture from very very close with a spectacular detail. see for yourself .
Just remember to fill the photo (frame) with the beautiful colors and shapes of the object you are capturing.
Digital photography tips: Look around you
When I was practice this techniques around my house, I remember one unusual but useful, and thankful that day it was plenty unusual things to shoot, but I take this one for a demonstration.
One recommendation, when you are to somewhere or maybe you just one to take a picture from your baby or a reunion with your family or friends, always look around you, you’ll be surprise what else you can find.
